To ensure your order is received in a timely manner, we ask that you submit the correct and most up-to-date information regarding your delivery address. We do not accept returns or refunds to ensure sanitation of all our Truu Skin products.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

 

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time 

In general, shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may be exceeded.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment of order

We operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we are working to prepare and ship your items out and will be unable to change to a different delivery address. Please ensure you have entered the correct address for your package to be delivered before submitting your order.
